At the very top of the Data Sources section of the Settings Panel, you’ll see a SureFood specific feature called the SureFood Quality Cert (SQC):
If you are a Supplier and your data is regularly updated, comprehensive and accurate, this will be reflected when your clients review their Data Sources.
This is a tool for building trust with existing and future clients and helps to position your organisation as leaders in data integrity.
For Suppliers, we will regularly scan the data in your account and identify any issues with your data. We will then send you an error report which can be used to update any existing errors.
This is both a way for your organisation to demonstrate its commitment to data integrity and an incentive to keep data up-to-date and free of errors.
To view your SQC, you can click on the View Report button. A new tab will open showing you the full report which looks like this:
You can see your overall score at the top and the individual scores that contribute to your overall score. Each score has a brief explanation.
If you want to Print, Download, or Share your report, you can click on the appropriate button at the bottom of the page.
