Nutritics COVID-19 Update

We are here to help! Three initiatives on how we are supporting your changing environment and working from home.

We know that staying connected in a safe and sustainable way is important for organisations as we all adapt to new working arrangements to slow the spread of COVID-19. We wanted to get in touch to provide three important information updates, specifically (i) initiatives we’re announcing today to help you (ii) how we’re supporting your changing environment and (iii) how the Nutritics team is operating. 

Nutritics is here to help you 

It’s more important than ever to stay connected and have the resources in place to move forward, no matter where you are working from. One of the core principles of Nutritics is to connect people through technology and today we’re announcing that our most valued connection modules are being released free of charge to all existing clients and new sign ups. It’s a significant investment, with no catches - we just want to do all we can to support you. 

New features for all clients

Our Collaborators tool is now enabled on all plus and premium accounts. This will allow you to share recipes, client details and meal plans securely within the software to other trusted users.

For our Healthcare, Education & Sports clients

To help you stay connected with your own team and your clients, we’ve enabled our Programs feature on all plus and premium accounts. This will allow you to deliver bespoke content to your clients via our Libro app and monitor progress in real time.

For our Food Industry clients

Many of you will be thinking about providing your offering beyond your current location. Labelling of food will become an urgent requirement and we’ve added our food label maker to all plus and premium accounts to assist with this process. Design, print and off you go!

Supporting your changing environment 

We’ve added additional complimentary onboarding, support and regulatory advisory consultations to our website here and these can be booked in at your convenience. 

We’re also adding to our training webinars and have plenty of resources online to help you get the most from Nutritics including our support centerwebinars, and quick on-demand video tutorials

Our customer success, support, account management, and development teams are standing by to help you with any needs.
