The Challenge

To streamline processes and provide a high-quality experience, Metz needed a user-friendly, centralised recipe and menu management system. Their previous system was outdated and lacked essential features like allergen identifiers and guest interaction. Nutritics stood out due to its ease of use, guest interface, and real-time management of costs, allergens, nutrition, and recipes on a single platform.

The Solution

Metz adopted Nutritics primarily as its corporate recipe database, allowing efficient cost calculation, recipe scaling, and comprehensive management of nutrition and allergen data. With the incorporation of Nutritics’ Digital Menu, their guests can interact and browse the menu and make better-informed meal choices efficiently without staff involvement:

The Results

From January to March 2024, Metz analysed 746 recipes created with Nutritics’ AI Wizard, resulting in an impressive saving of 44 hours of labour. This efficiency enabled chefs to focus more on culinary innovation and guest satisfaction.

Nutritics has also strengthened compliance oversight, allowing strict recipe control and accurate allergen management, streamlining internal processes significantly.
